​ARC Plans Review

Plans for all new construction and additions, including patio addition, swimming pool, hot tub, fence, driveway, etc., must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee ("ARC") prior to construction.

The ARC will review plans for compliance with Valley Ranch Protective Covenants.  Application forms are available for download... click on the Plans Review Application button below.
