During the July, 2018 Board Meeting, directors authorized the president to enter into an HOA management agreement with Colby Property Management.

The company, owned by Glen Colby, presently manages 22 central Texas communities and came with strong recommendations.

Park Swings Coming

The Developer and your HOA have been working with the City of Temple Parks Department, to add swings to the playground in Valley Ranch Park.

Cost of the swings will be shared between the City, the Developer and HOA.  They are on order and are expected to be installed by June.

We are pleased that Parks Director, Kevin Beavers has made this possible.

The HOA received several recent complaints of garbage and/or recycle containers being out at the street for several days at a time.  In other instances, containers are being stored in places that are visible from a street.

Park Trail Complete

Construction of the Valley Ranch Park Trail is finally complete!  Weather setbacks delayed construction of detention dam modifications, in turn delaying installation of the trail foot bridge across the top.

 

Worth the wait, Valley Residents can now enjoy the 7 acre park, complete with trail bridges and benches, and a developer provided playground.
